Whilst lockdown continues to be enforced, we will continue to deliver across the UK.

Expect a possibility of delays to service. During this most uncertain time, even with lockdown measures being eased gradually, the volume of online orders still remains exceptionally high. This is putting unforeseen strain on all courier networks and their staff. Some are short staffed or have more traffic than their infrastructure can support.

As always, we are endeavouring to provide a first class service but with skeleton staff and whilst at times responses aren't as instantaneous as we or you may like, we are answering all messages and returning all calls, so if you aren't answered straight away we will get round to your question.

We're trying to be as honest and up front with all our customers as clarity is exactly what is needed while the national and global situation remains so uncertain.

Please know that at a time where even Amazon can't guarantee next day delivery, we are still able in 90% of cases to deliver the following working day. We are still despatching within one working day but as ever, please allow up to 7 working days and do not book any work in until you have received the materials from the courier.
