We are continuing to prepare and dispatch all our products but please allow plenty of time for delivery.

While we are currently 98% on target with our dispatch times, it is strongly recommended that you allow plenty of time for delivery in order to cover any unexpected hold ups to delivery.

We typically dispatch all our orders within one-two working days on a next working day service.

Sometimes your tracking may not have been uploaded or may not go live on the courier's website - showing not received. In this instance, your tracking number will become active and notifications will be sent to your email or mobile number the night before delivery with an estimated 1 hour delivery window sent on the morning of your delivery.

Now more than ever during this uncertain time, delivery times are not guaranteed. Please do not rely on our usual next day service to get products to you for a job starting the following day.

Delivery of your orders are out of our control once they leave our warehouses. We rely on courier networks to fulfill our orders to you.

If you are expecting to start work on a certain date, please order at least a week in advance - particularly on large orders. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred or missed start dates if your order is placed under a week before.

Otherwise, we will continue to dispatch using our usual next day services in the hope and expectation of a next working day delivery.
